**Unit of compute: credits.** Simulation cost = persona count × model tier rate (credits charged **per 100 personas**). Fast-tier models cost fewer credits per 100 personas; frontier models cost more. Authoritative rates: https://kranth.ai/docs.txt

- **Pay-as-you-go credits** — buy any amount from **50 credits for $10** (list $0.20/credit); credits do not expire.
- **Plans (self-serve)** — Starter **$39**/mo (250 credits), Pro **$99**/mo (800), Scale **$399**/mo (4,000). Better per-credit rates on plans.
- **Enterprise** — contact-sales only: custom pools, never-train, dedicated capacity — `enterprise@kranth.com`.
- No free compute. New accounts start at **0 credits**. After you paste a site you watch an A-then-B replay on the seated room. Real runs are paid.
